About Us
Two International Group, LLC, is one of the largest independently owned real estate development firms in New Hampshire and has been actively involved as a builder/contractor for more than 39 years in the Portsmouth area.
The development arm of the company was founded in 1997 and has been recognized as one of the initial pioneers in transforming the Pease Air Force Base into a first class business and industrial park located at the junction of I-95 & Spaulding Turnpike.
Over the past 10 years, Two International Group has built some 850,000 rentable square feet, 16 buildings and developed some 70+ acres within the Pease International Tradeport. In 2006, Two International Group purchased One Harbour Place and Two Harbour Place in downtown Portsmouth, NH.
The fact that the portfolio has been consistently 95% occupied is a testament of their success and demonstrates that Two International Group has delivered quality, sensitive to customer needs and well managed projects that are designed to provide flexibility and deliver space solutions that allow tenants to focus on their core business.
