Our History

Since their initial formation over 20 years ago, Two International Group’s experienced team of real estate professionals has developed a portfolio of nearly 1 million sf of commercial space. For an outline of our history, please see below!

1997

Two International Group is formed by a select group of professionals to begin developing commercial buildings at the former Pease Air Force Base.

1998

The first building, Two International Drive, is built as a “spec” building. It quickly filled up and becomes a company landmark. More building plans follow.

2001

Office buildings such as 15 Rye Street and One New Hampshire Avenue are built Mixed use or “flex” buildings are also constructed, giving industrial tenants a viable place to set up shop.

2004

The only Retail building at Pease Tradeport, 14 Manchester Square, is built. This building has retail services, the only Food Court on Pease, and medical and office space.

2008

The first LEED Gold certified building at Pease Tradeport, 75 New Hampshire Avenue, is built. This project paves the way for new, efficient building ideas. Companies are drawn to the energy saving design and the building quickly fills up.

2010

Great Bay Kids’ Co., located at 81 New Hampshire Avenue, is built. This child care center is the first Geothermal building to be built at Pease Tradeport.

25 New Hampshire Avenue becomes TIG's second building to receive LEED Gold certification.

2019

Two International Group completes development of the Hampton Inn & Suites - Kittery, adding to their diverse mix of properties.
