The relationship between Two International Group and their tenants doesn’t end after the lease is signed. Although CP Management has been hired to manage the buildings, Two International Group remains accessible to tenants by maintaining an office on the first floor of One New Hampshire Avenue. These have included buying ice cream in the heat of summer, hosting a scavenger hunt on the Tradeport, delivering pies for Thanksgiving, as well as, throwing an annual fall luncheon and spring breakfast.
It is this kind of treatment that makes companies want to stay in Two International Groups’ buildings. Additionally, they know that if they out grow their existing space they have the option of expanding.
