Tenants of Two International Group
The relationship between Two International Group and their tenants doesn't end after the lease is signed. Although CP Management has been hired to manage the buildings, Two International Group remains accessible to tenants by maintaining an office on the first floor of One New Hampshire Avenue. This accessibility is only one of the features that set these buildings apart from the others that have cropped up at Pease. Renee Riedel, vice president of marketing, has mastered the art of creating an environment where work becomes a more enjoyable experience.
Working in first class office space can positively affect the morale of tenants, however, the way they are treated as people is the Two International Group difference. Renee Riedel has developed several ways to show her building occupants that they are appreciated. These have included buying ice cream in the heat of summer, hosting a scavenger hunt on the Tradeport, delivering pies for Thanksgiving, as well as, throwing an annual fall luncheon and spring breakfast.
It is this kind of treatment that makes companies want to stay in Two International Groups' buildings. Additionally, they know that if they out grow their existing space they have the option of expanding.
