COVID-19 Update

We understand everyone is overwhelmed with emails and communication as it relates to COVID-19. We felt it necessary to share with you the following.

The health, safety and well-being of our clients, tenants, unit owners, staff, and our communities are our #1 priority. As we all work through this COVID-19 pandemic together we are monitoring the situation and taking steps to keep safety a priority. As we all know, this is a fluid situation, recommendations and directives may change at any time. We are continuing to monitor official health sources and encourage you to do the same.

All CPManagement, Inc. staff have been advised that if they are experiencing any symptoms to stay home to avoid transmitting illness to colleagues or others they may come in contact with. Additionally, if any of our staff has been notified they have come into contact with someone with Covid-19, they are to immediately notify their supervisor and follow directives from government officials and medical providers as it relates to quarantining and other necessary actions. We are asking all tenants and unit owners within CP managed communities to do the same and to notify CPManagement, Inc., in writing, if someone who tested positive has been in the building.

With regard to our day to day maintenance – we have directed our maintenance staff to focus on outdoor work orders and vacant unit work orders to limit exposure to tenants. We will be available for essential work orders within individual suites/units, but we will be limiting our personal exposure and rescheduling or pushing out non-essential work orders at this time. Our employees reserve the right to ask you to leave the offices and refuse to enter your unit/office should you appear unwell. We will be happy to work out an alternate way of addressing your needs.

Additionally, we have taken steps to limit the social interactions in our offices by canceling non-essential meetings and requesting communication within our office to email and phone calls. We are kindly requesting everyone refrain from ‘drop in’ visits to our offices. Please mail rent checks and other items to our office instead of arriving in person.

Lastly – we are urging everyone to be safe as we monitor the situation and follow CDC guidelines and recommendations.

We are working remotely from our offices but can still be contacted by phone 603-436-8686 or you can email Russ Doyle at russ@twointernationalgroup.com.
