Community unites for Safe Harbor Recovery Center

renee-hfhPORTSMOUTH — Community members gathered Wednesday evening at Harbour Place in support of Safe Harbor Recovery Center. More than 30 local restaurants volunteered their culinary talents in an effort that raised $30,000 for Safe Harbor, which opened in May as a community resource open to all concerned with alcohol and drug addiction.
